Schreier hints at Heidelberg takeover approaches
Heidelberg's chief executive has said the company may be the subject of a takeover approach as its share price continues to fall.
Bernhard Schreier said at the company's annual general meeting last week that "many are looking" at the business following its 50% drop in share price over the past 12 months.
The chief executive said Russian investors could be interested in purchasing the company but warned that they may not be transparent in their intentions.
The German print giant has previously been linked with US investor Warren Buffet, but at the time, Schreier denied that there had been any formal approach.

In the the present climate you would wait for the share price to `drop` further and then you need to be very brave to take on board a printer manufacturer!
There is more terminal news to come!

The real world is about positive planning based on the key information that impacts on business and life in general. That is why I am successful in both areas. Being positive on the information that effects you will help all survive.

Over capacity, drop off in client business, crap management, not enough eggs in the basket, poor cashflow's, un insured debt, non payment through bankruptcy. Main cause to many chasing too little, capacity needs to be balanced for prices to recover.
Using the word NO would be good, rather than how deep would you like me too cut..
Recycling 2nd hand presses rather than buying new.
However clients who have money too spend would be handy. Buyers supporting the home market. Probably a few more that I have missed.
