A major fire has ravaged Mail Solutions' mailing division in Telford, Shropshire.

According to the Shrop­shire Fire and Rescue service, around 90% of its 3,500sqm site was involved in the fire, which required more than 40 firefighters to extinguish.

No staff are believed to have been harmed in the incident, which occurred last Thursday (2 October).

Mail Solutions was the subject of a management buyout in 2004, led by Alan Griffiths and supported by six members of the management team.
